I spent a lot of time trying to find music appropriate for this journal. I found some beautiful music, but it never seemed quite "right".

You may choose to read the journal in silence, of course, but I very much recommend, instead, that you listen to some beautiful melodies from The Inner Dimension web-site presented by Gal Einai Institute of Israel.

These require real audio. These can play in the background while you view the journal. I highly recommend that you spend some time at the Inner Dimension website as well. It is an excellent resource for learning! And if you like the music, you can order it there.

NOTE: Some of the pages on this site, including the home page use "midi" files for music. You should probably stop the real player before returning to the home page. Or, you can let the real audio continue and stop the midi from its control panel. Otherwise the two melodies may play over one another -- which hardly makes for inspiring interludes!
